Hello and welcome to Everything DiSC Management!

We are excited to have you participate in our Everything DiSC Management Virtual Workshop. This workshop has two parts; this online course, plus an optional live session you'll attend with colleagues, or perhaps a one-on-one debrief with a coach.


Here's the plan -
First, we'll give you an Introduction to Everything DiSC:

  • How do you see yourself in your management role? We'll find out! 

  • Learn the framework of the DiSC® management model and the Everything DiSC Map

Next, we'll Discover Your DiSC Management Style:

  • Learn how your DiSC style intersects with your role as a manager

  • Discover the priorities of your DiSC style as they relate to your role as a manager

  • Explore what motivates you and the things that bring you stress 

Then, we'll offer tools and insights to help you be more effective in the three key aspects of your managerial role:

  • Directing and delegating key projects and tasks

  • Motivating your team

  • Developing your people to get the most from your team.

As a bonus, we'll also offer tools and tips to help you in working with your manager, based on your DiSC style and your manager's style.

This course is self-paced, so work at your own speed. If you need to leave the course for any reason prior to completing it, no problem. When you log in next time, you'll re-enter where you left off.


Your facilitator or coach will help you bring all these concepts to life during your live session or one-on-one meeting.
