Before you get started with our online course, you will need to take the Everything DiSC Management survey. 

This survey will produce a personalized report for you to identify your managerial priorities through the lens of the DiSC model - to help you better understand yourself, your employees, and your boss.

To begin the survey, go to https://www.wiley-epic.com and enter the Access Code provided to you. You will then create an account with an email and a password.

Note: Your Everything DiSC Management assessment is included in the cost of the course. If you have not received an access code to take the survey, you may request one by emailing us at orders@focustools.com.

After you take your survey, please print your DiSC profile report, as we'll utilize it during the online coursework. No printer? No problem!
